Fixes #464 by redirecting root to configured
rootDirectUrlordefaultRedirectUrl(configured as App Settings) orazure.com(hard coded). You need to configureAzureWebJobsDisableHomepage=trueto disable the homepage shown at default. This is added to the ARM template.
